Let's say you have a cellphone, home phone and office phone. With the "PREMIUM" plan you can add all 3 numbers to your one FedPhoneLine number.
When your friend or loved one calls the FedPhoneLine number, depending on your settings, the FedPhoneLine number will call the cellphone first, if you don't answer the cellphone it will call the home phone and if you don't answer that then it will call the office phone (it can do this for upto 5 phone numbers).
The Calling Card plans cannot receive collect calls, if your friend or loved one is in the Federal system they will use a calling card which can add funds to once per month. They can use the money on the calling card to make phone calls so they don't have to call collect.
With FedPhoneLine Calling Card Plans. THE INMATE PAYS FOR THE PHONE CALL, you pay the monthly fee to have the number.
In this scenario, the "per call fee" is being charged to the inmate's calling card, and not to the receiver of the call, which is why it is called the calling card package and NOT the collect call package.
The "BASIC" plans are $1.50 per call, these "BASIC" plans will only allow your friend or loved one to reach 1 person.
