d\u00e9cisions, recommandations, actes ou omissions du Service correctionnel du Canada (SCC) qui ont des r\u00e9percussions n\u00e9gatives sur les d\u00e9linquants, soit individuellement, soit en tant que groupe.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Enqu\u00eateur correctionnel souhaite s&#8217;assurer que les plaintes des d\u00e9linquants sont trait\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re \u00e9quitable et en temps opportun.\u00a0 Un autre r\u00f4le du Bureau de l&#8217;enqu\u00eateur correctionnel est d&#8217;examiner les politiques du Service correctionnel et de faire des recommandations afin de s&#8217;assurer que les sujets de pr\u00e9occupation sont correctement trait\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le Bureau r\u00e9pond \u00e0 environ 5 000 \u00e0 6 000 plaintes de d\u00e9linquants chaque ann\u00e9e et rencontre les comit\u00e9s de
