Beaver Creek Institution Medium Security is a federal correctional facility located in Gravenhurst, Ontario. The medium-security unit was built and opened in 1998 as Fenbrook Institution, making it approximately 28 years old in 2026. In 2014, Fenbrook Institution was merged with Beaver Creek Institution and became its medium-security unit.
