Yes. You can use your FedPhoneLine number to receive eligible collect calls from Grand Valley Institution on your cellphone.
FedPhoneLine offers several calling plans. For current plan options and pricing, see our FedPhoneLine pricing page.
The cost of receiving calls depends on the FedPhoneLine plan and applicable calling rates. See our current pricing information for the latest rates.
Traditional long-distance collect calls can be significantly more expensive, and rates can vary depending on the facility and calling destination. Without a FedPhoneLine number, some collect calls may cost up to $5.00 per minute depending on your location.
If you have a FedPhoneLine account then your incarcerated friend or loved one calls the FedPhoneLine number provided to you after you register. The call is then connected to the phone number associated with your FedPhoneLine account.
If your incarcerated friend or loved one is transferred to another facility, you can switch your FedPhoneLine number to the new facility. FedPhoneLine allows you to make this change for free.
