Collins Bay Minimum was originally known as Frontenac Institution but absorbed into Collins Bay in 2013.  The minimum security Federal Penitentiary has a capacity of 182 adult male inmates.

Do I need to be on an Incarcerated persons visitors list? 

Yes, visiting application form must be filled out.  If there are children visiting then a child waiver application must be filled out for the child as well.

How can I schedule a visit?

All visits must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Visitors MUST arrive before 10:45AM or after 12:30PM.
