• Length of visit: You can stay with your loved one for the entire period of the visiting hour. Also, during the weekend, you can come to see your loved one for the entire day, but you must go outside of the institution for your dinner.

• Money drop-off: You can leave a personal cheque, a money order or a bank draft.
