Maplehurst Correctional Complex is a combined Provincial maximum security detention centre for 1,550 remanded prisoners and a medium/maximum correctional facility for males sentenced to less than 2 years.  Maplehurst Correctional Complex shares it's property with the Vanier Women's prison which houses 333 female offenders.

Do I need to be on an Incarcerated persons visitors list? 

You do not need to be on a visitors list to visit an inmate at Maplehurst Correctional Complex

How can I schedule a visit?

First come first serve you do not have to be on a list, however arrive to Maplehurst Correctional Complex at least 30 minutes early and call ahead before visiting to ensure the visit has not been cancelled.

Visitation Information: 

Length of visit:  20 minutes (Remand) 40 minute touch visits (sentenced)

Number of visits per week:  2

Number of visitors per visit: 2

Can I drop off money to my loved one when I visit? $100 (cash or money order)
