The Regional Psychiatric Centre (also know as RPC) opened in 1978.  Originally designed as a mental health facility it has since transitioned to accommodate upto 204 adult male inmates serving Federal sentences.

Do I need to be on an incarcerated person's visitor list?

Yes, visiting application form must be filled out.  If there are children visiting then a child waiver application must be filled out for the child as well.

• Length of visit: You can stay with your loved one for the entire period of the visiting hour.
• Number of visits per week: Varies
• Number of visitors per visit: 3 adults
• Money drop-off: Cheque or Money order by mail.  Cash can be left when you visit.
