Vanier Centre for Women, commonly known as Vanier Jail, is a provincial correctional facility for women located in Milton, Ontario. The current Vanier Centre for Women was built and opened in 2003. The facility has capacity for approximately 333 inmates and is Ontario’s only correctional institution exclusively for women. Vanier houses women who are awaiting trial or sentencing, as well as those serving provincial sentences of less than two years.

How does FedPhoneLine work?

How can I schedule a visit to Central East Correctional Centre?

Visitors must call Vanier Jail between 8AM-8PM weekdays and reserve a visiting time. Visitors should call Vanier Jail before visiting to ensure the visit has not been cancelled.  Arrive early for your visit.
