Built in 2012, the Women's Correctional Centre is a multi-level security provincial and federal correctional facility which houses up to 196 female offenders.

Do I need to be on an Incarcerated persons visitors list? 

Your friend or loved one will send an application form to you through the mail (or get an application at the reception desk).  The application requires one valid piece of Government issued photo identification.  It may take up to 3 weeks for your visitor application to be approved.

How can I schedule a visit?

All visits must be booked prior to visitation (sometimes up to 7 days in advance).  Book a time to visit Monday to Thursday 8:00AM - 12:00PM.

Visitation Information: 

Length of visit:  60-120 minutes

Number of visits per week:  1

Number of visitors per visit: 2 (no more than 2 adults or 1 adult plus children)
