Established in 1987, Maison Essor Community Residential Centre (CRC) is a halfway house that supports the reintegration of federally released prisoners. Maison Essor maintains that the social reintegration of the residents takes hold and becomes meaningful through the development of an identity as a worker or as a citizen contributing to his environment.
