The clientele of the Résidence Madeleine-Carmel Community Residential Centre is made up of adult male offenders, mainly from federal detention facilities. The objective is to supervise and support the adult offenders in their rehabilitation and social reintegration process with a range of adapted services, offered in accommodation by a team of professionals, as well as by resources and programs within the community in order to promote better individuals and collective quality of life.
