St. Leonard’s Community Services-Peter Willis Residence (formerly known as Buffalo Street Residence) is a 11 bed residential substance abuse treatment program for male federal offenders on various types of conditional release.
The program will also consider applications from offenders whose substance abuse is not connected to their offence cycle. Peter Willis Residence provides clients with skills and supports they need to lead a productive, pro-social lifestyle.
