If you sign up on March 15th, your Credit Card will be billed $9.99 plus tax on March 15th and you will also will be billed $11.99 plus tax or $15.99 plus tax (depending on which service you order). Your bill is pro-rated, so you will not be charged for the entire month of March only from March 15th to March 31st.

Your second bill will not have the $9.99 plus tax fee, the bill will only be $11.99 plus tax or $15.99 plus tax (depending on which service you order) and be billed April 15th.

Let’s say you have a cellphone, home phone and office phone.  With the $15.99 plan you can add all these numbers to your FedPhoneLine account.  When your friend or loved one dials the FedPhoneLine number, depending on your settings, either all 3 numbers will ring at once or the FedPhoneLine number will call the cellphone first, if you don’t answer the cellphone it will call the home phone and if you don't answer that one then the office phone will ring.

With the $11.99 plan when your loved one calls the FedPhoneLine it will only ring the number you enter during sign up. 

Simply visit fedphoneline.com and login with your FedPhoneLine Number or Username and the the Password assigned at the time of signup.

Once logged in, click on the "Call Forwarding" tab and choose the number you'd like the calls to be directed.

Save your changes and log out.
To cancel your subscription, please click the "Request Cancellation" button on the bottom of your screen OR send an email to support@fedphoneline.com outlining your requested cancellation date, and your FedPhoneLine Number.
You may request termination of the service at any time.  Your number will be terminated either the same day as your request or the following day.
No. This service is designed for inbound calls to your home and mobile phones only; you cannot dial out from this service.
Yes, you will be billed a one-time administration fee of $9.99 + tax.
No, unfortunately you must have your new FedPhoneLine number approved.

A FedPhoneLine number may not work because:

  • Most likely reason there are not enough available funds on the credit card, the number becomes active only once your credit card has been processed. Be sure you are using a credit card we support (Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard).
  • Make sure that the correct phone number is entered into the "Phone Number" field in Step 2 of the sign up process (that number should be the number of the phone that you want to receive the call from your loved one, i.e. your cell phone or home phone).

Calls are dropped for a number of reasons:

  • No Signal/Bad Signal Area: Many calls seemed to be dropped at the gym or in basements Try to answer your phone in a different area of your house.
  • Switch Networks: Try switching from LTE to 3G or 4G network
  • If the problem persists call technical support 1-844-320-9647

If your loved one moves to a place within the same local calling area you do not have to switch numbers. If he is moving outside of the local calling area you must terminate your old FedPhoneLine number and sign up for a new FedPhoneLine number.

Your number will not be terminated right away. We will try and charge your credit card for 6 days in a row. After the 7th day of the month your number will be blocked.  Your number will remain blocked until the 25th day of the month, you can reactivate your account at any time before 25th but you will have to pay your outstanding balance plus a $20 reactivation charge.

Once you have completed signup you will be texted and emailed your local FedPhoneLine number which you will give to your loved one.  Once he gets the number approved, your loved one will call the local FedPhoneLine number instead of calling you one your home phone or cell phone.  It is that easy!
