Registering for a FedPhoneLine number is easy, there are 4 steps:
You will receive your FedPhoneLine number immediately after signup is completed.
Your payment is being processed, we have emailed you login information (please check your Junk Mail or Spam Folder).
If your payment is declined, your FedPhoneLine number will not work, you will need to login to your account and select the "Pay Now" button to pay our outstanding balance.
A test phone call will be made to your FedPhoneLine number ONLY if your payment was accepted.
ONLY provide the FedPhoneLine number to the intended user (you are responsible for all calls received)
Phone calls should only be made from the City for which the FedPhoneLine number was issued (i.e. if you signed up for a Toronto number, calls must be made from Toronto, if your loved one transfers institutions you must obtain a new FedPhoneLine number in the city where he has transferred).
If your loved one transfers and you do not change the FedPhoneLine number, you are responsible for any long distance and connection charges incurred.
